If you are looking for a results driven program, Boot Camp Challenge® is the answer. BCC is a program created to help you reach short-term health and wellness goals. You will be guided in cardiovascular training, muscular endurance training and flexibility.
Boot Camp Challenge is a program created to help campers reach short-term fitness and wellness goals.
Program Set up:  Boot Camps run in sessions. Because there are start and end dates, campers feel success reaching their goal.
Assessments: Because Boot Camp Challenge creates a baseline, there is data to compare results. When campers see the changes they are making, they feel successful.

I have lost about 13 lbs in the past 7 months and have gone from a size 14 down to a size 10!  Before Boot Camp, I could not do one sit up; now I’m up to 40 and in perfect form! I LOVE Boot Camp Challenge and have found a space to do something just for ME! – Samantha J.
