Kerri is an active fitness enthusiast and has been all her life. Now she is sharing her passion with her 2 active boys and husband as well as all she comes in contact with! Her specialty is helping people improve their body composition by helping them gain lean muscle mass and lose fat. Clients say that Kerri’s supportive and friendly style have helped them achieve the results they seek. She enjoys working one on one with people as well as in group settings. She is a nationally certified Personal Fitness Trainer through NASM (National Association of Sports Medicine) and is working towards her next certification as a Group Exercise Instructor through ACE (American Council on Exercise). She is also a certified Boot Camp Challenge Trainer as well as a small group Kettle Bell Trainer through SCW. When she is not working or with her family you can find her on her stand up paddle board, running or biking the coastal trail.
